- Prices are in US dollars and the plan renews every month until you cancel. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Plan credits you do not use carry over once, up to one month’s worth, for as long as the plan stays active.
- If a generation fails, every credit for it comes back automatically, and the app tells you so.
- Your library is kept while your account has a plan or top-up credits. After that it is kept for 30 more days, with reminders, and then deleted. Downloads are unlimited.
- There is no free plan: every generation costs us real money at the model provider.

Top-ups
Subscribers can add credits at any time. Top-up credits never expire, are used after your plan credits, and stay usable even if your plan ends. They cost more per credit than a plan, so if you run out most months, moving up the slider is the cheaper way.

Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Inside the app: Settings, Plan and billing, Cancel plan. It takes two clicks, with no phone call and no email. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. The same screen lets you pause for up to three months instead.
Can I get a refund?
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have 14 days to cancel. If you have not used any credits you get a full refund. If you asked us to start straight away and used credits, the refund is reduced in proportion to what you used. See cancellation and refunds.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, once. Plan credits you do not use carry over into the next month, up to one month’s worth, as long as the plan stays active. Top-up credits are separate and never expire.
What happens to my songs if I cancel?
Everything you downloaded is yours to keep. Your library stays available for 30 days after your plan ends (longer if you still have top-up credits), and we remind you by email and in the app before anything is deleted. Restarting a plan before that date keeps everything.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, inside the app. Move up at any time: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and the extra credits arrive straight away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, and the credits you already have stay.
Why do top-ups cost more per credit than a plan?
A plan is the cheap way to buy credits because it is predictable for us: a plan credit costs about $0.063. Top-ups are for the odd busy month and cost $0.18, $0.17 or $0.16 a credit depending on the pack. They never expire, which a plan credit does.
Why does Lyro cost more per song than some apps?
Lyro pays model providers for every generation, including Google Lyria 3 Pro for sung vocals, which came out on top in our own listening test. Products that run a single in-house model can charge less per song. With Lyro you also get your own vocal or beat as a starting point, a mixer, mastering, and downloads that are never capped.
