## Tips for this genre

Reggaeton vocals are melodic and rhythmic at once: sung hooks, half-rapped verses, light auto-tune and ad-libs that answer each line. Most songs are in Spanish.

- Set the vocal loud over the dembow: the clean preset, firm compression and a short delay on the hook.
- Ad-libs that answer each line go a few dB lower and a little to one side.
